In order to achieve this, we have in place sophisticated and comprehensive quality assurance, customer care, and service level processes which ensure the delivery of a consistently high level of service at all times

Our Processes

  • Formal service levels agreed with all clients, failure to adhere to which results in a part-refund of your fee- we mean what we say in respect of quality

  • Each client is allocated a dedicated client care manager, with regular quality reviews being incorporated into the service level agreement- all of our quality reviews are published in our newsletters- we are completely transparent about our service delivery

  • Full service pack prepared and discussed for each client, and which includes our health & safety policy statement, a basic risk assessment tailored to your property, and safety data sheets for products used
